RULES OF PUBLIC SALE

Please read the following rules below. You will be required to sign a form acknowledging these rules in order to participate in the auction.

The doors open at 8:00 AM and the sale starts at 9:00. No children are allowed in the sales arena. At the conclusion of the repo sale, the public must leave the premises. At this point this is a dealer only sale. This is in compliance with state law and insurance requirements. Police and security will enforce these rules! If you have purchased a vehicle on an "if" basis, we will have an answer for you within an hour after the sale. You may wait outside the sales area, or we will call you with the answer.

ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD "AS IS"

There is a $50.00 (cash) annual registration fee. Receipt must be presented at each sale or another $50.00 (cash) fee will be charged. Public buyers are limited to two guests.

A $400.00 (cash) deposit is required in order to bid on any vehicle. Public buyers may only bid on repossessed vehicles marked with a lot number that begins with R on Tuesdays and RV (Public or Dealer) on Fridays. The deposit is non- refundable if a purchase is made and will be applied to the purchase price of the vehicle. Balance is due next business day by 5:00 PM. The vehicle may not be removed from the premises until it is paid in full by cash, cashier’s check, or certified funds. Individuals not purchasing cars must leave the premises after picking up their deposit within ten minutes after the end of the public sale or deposit will be forfeited.

Under federal law, the above individual must be the purchaser of the vehicle. Title will be signed over to the above individual only.

ADESA Cincinnati/Dayton reserves the right to bar any public buyer from participating in the auction.

The undersigned acknowledges that any purchase is without representations or warranties from seller (lending institution) and auction company.

Auction and lending institution assume no responsibility or liability for mechanical or structural damage. Buyer assumes all responsibility for damages to the vehicle or for injury caused by the vehicle after payment is made.

Buyer realizes and agrees that ADESA Cincinnati/Dayton and the lending institution are not responsible for the accuracy of the odometer, the reading of the odometer, or the odometer statement.

The auctioneer is licensed by the division of licensing, Ohio Department of Commerce, Columbus, Ohio, and is bonded in favor of the state of Ohio.
